When you book a session, create an account, or submit a contact form, we collect the information you provide: parent and athlete name, email address, phone number, grade, and any notes you share. When you sign in, we receive your verified email from Google or Apple. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to keep the site running smoothly.

How we use information

We use your information to schedule sessions, communicate about training, process payments, send progress updates, and improve our programs. We do not sell personal information.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that power our website, payments, email, and authentication. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing coach@qperformance.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

Children

Accounts for athletes under 13 are managed by a parent or guardian. We collect only the information needed to deliver training and communicate with the family.
