From Kentucky's top player to developing the next generation.
Basketball has taken Quentin Goodin from Kentucky Gatorade Player of the Year to Xavier University, professional basketball, and now one of Northern Kentucky's most respected player development coaches.

Coach Quentin
Founder & Head Trainer
But Coach Quentin's greatest passion isn't what he accomplished as a player—it's helping young athletes discover what they're capable of becoming.
With more than six years of coaching and player development experience, Quentin has worked with athletes at every stage of their journey. From beginners learning the fundamentals to competitive AAU and high school players chasing bigger goals, his approach remains the same: develop the complete player.
Every workout is built around skill development, basketball IQ, confidence, and game application. Players don't just learn moves. They learn how to read the game, make better decisions, handle pressure, and impact winning.
As a former elite player, Division I point guard, and professional athlete, Quentin understands what separates talented players from successful players. The difference is often found in the details: decision-making, consistency, confidence, discipline, and a willingness to improve every day.
His mission is simple: help athletes become more skilled, more confident, and more complete both on and off the court.
